Swiggy Instamart, the grocery delivery arm of Swiggy, has rolled out a 24×7 free delivery service across Delhi-NCR just in time for the festive season. This initiative is designed to meet the rising demand for late-night groceries and essentials, offering consumers free deliveries with a promise to deliver within 10-15 minutes.
This new service is available in Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida, allowing customers to order a wide range of products such as groceries, electronics, toys, and festive treats without any additional delivery charges (terms apply). Swiggy Instamart claims to be the first quick-commerce platform to offer around-the-clock free delivery in this region.
Swiggy’s data shows an uptick in late-night orders for items like chips, bhujia, ice creams, and paan essentials, while morning demand leans towards milk and eggs. Following the success in Delhi-NCR, Swiggy plans to evaluate expansion to other Indian cities based on demand and operational readiness.
Swiggy Instamart is also adding user-friendly features, such as the recently launched “Incognito Mode,” which allows customers to place orders discreetly, without leaving any record on the Swiggy app.
